We are pleased to announce the formation of the LivePerson Atlanta User Group. The inaugural meeting is scheduled for September 24, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. EDT, at the LivePerson office located at 7000 Central Parkway, Suite 750, in Atlanta.

What are User Groups?


LivePerson User Groups provide our clients the opportunity to develop meaningful connections with other LivePerson end users. Typical attendees include web agents, service representatives and call center operators. Members will also have the opportunity to interact with product subject-matter experts from LivePerson and LivePerson partners who provide insights around best practices, tips and recommendations on various product features, and much more. User Groups are not marketing events. Rather, the intent is to equip our customers with the tools they need to be immensely successful in their use of LivePerson. A designated community for each local User Group resides within LivePerson Connect; only local User Group members can access that space, thus providing each User Group with a controlled forum for collaboration and communications.
